<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />PLAN COMMISSION <br />Minutes <br />August 25, 1993 <br /> <br />The Plan Commission held its regular meeting in the E.O.C. room located in the basement at <br />City Hall, 6801 Delmar Boulevard, University City, Missouri on August 25, 1993. The meeting <br />commenced at 7:35 p.m. with Chairperson Marsh presiding. <br /> <br />V oting Members Present <br />Stephen P. Marsh, Chairperson <br />Andrea Ratner, Vice Chairperson <br />Melissa Kreishman <br />Carl Safe <br />Charles Foxworth <br />Thomas E. Kahn <br />Mickey Peniston <br /> <br />V oting Members Absent <br />nla <br /> <br />Council Member Present: Mary Schuman, Council Liaison <br />Staff Present: Al Goldman, Director of Planning and Frank B. Hill, Zoning Administrator <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Chairperson Marsh stated that the Commission would now consider approval of the minutes from <br />the July 28, 1993 meeting. Ms. Ratner stated that the word "such" should be deleted from <br />paragraph 1 of page 2. Ms. Kreishman moved for approval of the July 28, 1993 minutes as <br />amended. The motion was seconded by Mr. Foxworth and passed by a vote of 7 - O. <br /> <br />Application for Conditional Use Permit #311 - Multi-tenant office use in "PA" - Public <br />Activity District, 6901 Delmar <br /> <br />Chairperson Marsh informed those present that the Plan Commission had scheduled a public <br />hearing on an application from Kimble A. Cohn and Sanford S. Talley for a Conditional Use <br />Permit to permit a multi-tenant office use in the "PA" - Public Activity District at 6901 Delmar. <br />The Chairperson outlined the Commission's procedures and criteria for reviewing conditional <br />use permits. He specifically stated that the Plan Commission considers whether the use: a) <br />complies with all applicable provisions of the Zoning Code; b) at the specific location will <br />contribute to and promote the community welfare or convenience; c) will not cause substantial <br />injury to the value of neighboring property; d) complies with the overall neighborhood <br />development plan and existing zoning district provisions; and e) will provide, if applicable, off- <br />street parking and loading areas in accordance with the standards contained in the Zoning Code. <br />The Chairperson called upon the applicant. <br />
