Elevator apartment buildings are mentioned in Section 34-42.1, but such dwellings are <br />not shown as either a permitted use or conditional use in the "MR" District. <br />16. Delete "Daycare homes" (small) as a permitted use in the SR & LR Districts, since they <br />are already permitted as a home occupation. <br />17. Use the term "Daycare center" instead of "Large daycare home." <br />18. Consider deleting public utilities from the conditional uses in the SR & LR Districts. <br />19. Where are bulk regulations exceptions? <br />20.
