Provide for communal living for the elderly. <br />7. Provide for daycare for the elderly. [and handicapped.] <br />8. May need younger people living with elderly to provide assistance or care. <br />9. Are these types of facilities regulated or licensed by the state? <br />10. "Home occupation" in District Regulations should be cross referenced to Section 34-62. <br />11. Will Section 34-53 & 34.55 take care of increasing minimum lot area and side yard for <br />existing development patterns that are substantially greater than those of Section 34-40.4. <br />12. Keep 7200 square foot minimum lot are area for single family detached dwelling <br />development in the "LR" District. <br />13. Should 15 foot side yard in Section 34-40.4,2,C be increased for larger buildings? <br />14. Should dormitories be allowed at all in the "SR" District? <br />15. Elevator apartment buildings are mentioned in Section 34-42.1, but such dwellings are <br />not shown as either a permitted use or conditional use in the "MR" District. <br />16. Delete "Daycare homes" (small) as a permitted use in the SR & LR Districts, since they <br />are already permitted as a home occupation. <br />17. Use the term "Daycare center" instead of "Large daycare home." <br />18. Consider deleting public utilities from the conditional uses in the SR & LR Districts. <br />19. Where are bulk regulations exceptions? <br />20. Are there separate regulations for new development and infill development? <br /> <br />Adjournment <br /> <br />Mr. Foxworth moved that the Plan Commission meeting be adjourned.
