Apartment dwellings, if built in accordance with the development standards for <br />townhouse apartments, garden apartments, or elevator apartments provided in section 34- <br />32. <br /> <br />b. Convents and rectories. <br /> <br />c. Small group homes for the handicapped, where the group home dwelling unit is more <br />than one thousand (1,000) feet from any existing group home dwelling unit. <br /> <br />d. Public garages. <br /> <br />e. Home occupations as provided in Section 34-51. <br /> <br />f. Accessory uses as provided in Section 34-52. <br /> <br />g. Conditional Uses: The following uses shall be allowed as conditional uses in accordance <br />with the procedures provided in Section 34-65: <br /> <br />Small group homes for the handicapped, where the group home dwelling unit is <br />one thousand (1,000) feet or less to any existing group home dwelling unit. <br />Large group homes for the handicapped. <br />Detached single-family dwellings. <br />Churches, synagogues and related facilities. <br />Hotels or motels. <br />Apartments for the elderly. <br />Convalescent homes. <br />Utility substation. <br />Public parks or playgrounds. <br />Schools of all types, except trade, technical or business schools and university <br />facilities. <br />Police and fire stations. <br /> <br />h.
