<br />PLAN COMMISSION <br />Minutes <br />December 10, 1997 <br />th <br />The Plan Commission held its regular meeting in the 4 Floor Meeting Room of City Hall, 6801 <br />Delmar Boulevard, University City, Missouri on December 10, 1997. The meeting commenced at <br />7:30 p.m. with Chairperson Solodar presiding. <br />Voting Members PresentVoting Members Absent <br />A. Walsh <br />Council Liaison Present <br />: Larry Lieberman, City Council Member <br />Staff Present <br />: Frank Ollendorff, Acting Director of Planning; Frank Hill, Zoning Administrator <br />Approval of Minutes <br />Chairperson Solodar stated that the Commission would consider approval of the minutes from the <br />November 12, 1997 meeting. Mr. Walsh moved for approval of the November 12, 1997 minutes. <br />The motion was seconded by Mr. Self and passed by a vote of 4 to 0 with all members voting “aye” <br />(Ms. Glassman was not present during this agenda item). <br />Resubdivision/Condominium, Final Plat Approval, Oakbrook Forest Condominiums, 8500- <br />8538 Old Bonhomme <br />Chairperson Solodar announced that a hearing was scheduled to consider an application from West <br />Manor Corp., c/o Ann Friend and the Adelman Group, 8012 Bonhomme, Clayton, MO 63105, and <br />represented by attorneys David Neiers and Melissa Vighi of Helfrey, Simon & Jones, P.C., 212 S. <br />Central, Ste. 300, St. Louis, MO 63105. The application is for the resubdivision of a twenty unit <br />apartment building into condominiums at 8500-8538 Old Bonhomme. The application had previously <br />been before the commission at the October 22, 1997 meeting. At that time, the applicants asked for <br />the matter to be tabled in order to address concerns set forth in the staff memo. A revised plat has <br />been submitted for the commission’s review and approval. <br />The Chairperson noted the commission's procedures and criteria for reviewing resubdivision <br />applications. Mr. Neiers gave an overview of the proposal. <br />Chairperson Solodar called on Zoning Administrator, Frank Hill to provide the staff report. Mr. Hill <br />stated that the revised plat conforms with the minimum standards and requirements of Chapter 29 of <br />the Municipal Code dealing with subdivisions. He recommends that the plat be approved. <br /> <br />
