PLAN COMMISSION Minutes December 10, 1997 th The Plan Commission held its regular meeting in the 4 Floor Meeting Room of City Hall, 6801 Delmar Boulevard, University City, Missouri on December 10, 1997. The meeting commenced at 7:30 p.m. with Chairperson Solodar presiding. Voting Members PresentVoting Members Absent A. Walsh Council Liaison Present : Larry Lieberman, City Council Member Staff Present : Frank Ollendorff, Acting Director of Planning; Frank Hill, Zoning Administrator Approval of Minutes Chairperson Solodar stated that the Commission would consider approval of the minutes from the November 12, 1997 meeting. Mr. Walsh moved for approval of the November 12, 1997 minutes. The motion was seconded by Mr. Self and passed by a vote of 4 to 0 with all members voting “aye” (Ms. Glassman was not present during this agenda item). Resubdivision/Condominium, Final Plat Approval, Oakbrook Forest Condominiums, 8500- 8538 Old Bonhomme Chairperson Solodar announced that a hearing was scheduled to consider an application from West Manor Corp., c/o Ann Friend and the Adelman Group, 8012 Bonhomme, Clayton, MO 63105, and represented by attorneys David Neiers and Melissa Vighi of Helfrey, Simon & Jones, P.C., 212 S. Central, Ste. 300, St. Louis, MO 63105. The application is for the resubdivision of a twenty unit apartment building into condominiums at 8500-8538 Old Bonhomme. The application had previously been before the commission at the October 22, 1997 meeting. At that time, the applicants asked for the matter to be tabled in order to address concerns set forth in the staff memo. A revised plat has been submitted for the commission’s review and approval. The Chairperson noted the commission's procedures and criteria for reviewing resubdivision applications. Mr. Neiers gave an overview of the proposal. Chairperson Solodar called on Zoning Administrator, Frank Hill to provide the staff report. Mr. Hill stated that the revised plat conforms with the minimum standards and requirements of Chapter 29 of the Municipal Code dealing with subdivisions. He recommends that the plat be approved.
