If the project is approved, it should be buffered in the front by high berms to <br />shield the view of the restaurant and its signage from the Bartmer entrance to the Roth Grove <br />subdivision. Other issues were detailed in the letter he sent to the applicants. <br />Chairperson Solodar closed the hearing on this issue and reminded the commission and the public that <br />the public hearing is adjourned until the January meeting. <br />Other Business <br />Dudley Grove, #1 Loren Woods, Ladue, stated that she and several other residents near her home <br />are concerned with the expansion of the Gatesworth at One McKnight Place. <br />Mr. Hill distributed material concerning a change in state laws concerning billboards. He stated that <br />he will submit proposed text amendments to the zoning code at the next meeting that will address the <br />issue. <br />Mr. Lieberman gave an update of council activities. <br />Adjournment <br />Ms. Glassman moved for adjournment.
