PLAN COMMISSION Minutes March 25, 1998 The Plan Commission held its regular meeting in the E.O.C. room located in the basement of City Hall, 6801 Delmar Boulevard, University City, Missouri on March 25, 1998. The meeting commenced at 7:30 p.m. with Chairperson Solodar presiding. Voting Members PresentVoting Members Absent A. Walsh Larry Self Helton Reed Council Liaison Present : Larry Lieberman, City Council Member Staff Present : Gregory Rose, Assistant City Manager; Frank Hill, Zoning Administrator Approval of Minutes Chairperson Solodar stated that the Commission would consider approval of the minutes and attachment from the February 25, 1998 meeting. Mr. Solodar stated that: the word “it” should be deleted from the fourth paragraph of page 2; the name “Talomn” should be changed to “Talonn” in the last paragraph of page 3; the word “parking” should be inserted between the words “of” and nd “during” in the 22 line of page 4; the address “8644 Barby” should replace the words “address not nd given” after the name “David Freedman” on the 2 to last line of page 4; the month “December” nd should replace the month “January” on the 2 paragraph of page 7; the apostrophe should be removed from the word “applicant’s” in the first paragraph of page 9; the word “a” should be th removed from the 4 item of paragraph 2 on page 9; and the number “1,325" should be replaced by the number “1.325" in item 1.b. on page 13 of the attachment. Mr. Self moved for approval of the February 25, 1998 minutes. The motion was seconded by Mr. Walsh and passed by a vote of 5 to 0 with all members voting “aye.” Public Hearing: Conditional Use Permit #343, expansion gasoline station use to include vehicle repair service, 7531 Olive Chairperson Solodar announced that a public hearing was scheduled to consider an application from Jerry Gold d.b.a. Pro Auto Service, 3119 Westchester Ct., St. Charles, MO 63303. The application asks for permission to allow the premises at 7531 Olive to expand the gasoline station use to include vehicle repair service. The Chairperson noted the Commission's procedures and criteria for reviewing conditional use permits and amendments to them.
