<br />PLAN COMMISSION <br />Minutes <br />September 27, 2000 <br />The Plan Commission held the regular meeting in the E. O. C. Room located in the basement of <br />City Hall, 6801 Delmar Boulevard, University City, Missouri on September 27, 2000. The <br />meeting commenced at 7:30 p.m. with Chairperson Glassman presiding. <br />Voting Members PresentVoting Members Absent <br />Susan Glassman, Chairperson Larry Self, Vice Chairperson <br />Jimmie IronsByron Price <br />Deborah ArbogastTony Credit <br />Harley Smith <br />Staff Present: <br /> Lehman Walker, Director of Planning and Development; Frank Hill, Zoning <br />Administrator <br />Council Liaison Present: <br /> Wayne Munkel, Councilperson <br />Approval of Minutes <br />Chairperson Glassman stated that the Commission would consider approval of the minutes from <br />the August 23, 2000 meeting. Ms. Arbogast moved for approval of the August 23, 2000 minutes. <br />The motion was seconded by Mr. Irons and passed by a vote of 4 to 0 with all members voting <br />“aye.” <br />Hearing: Resubdivision / Lot Consolodation, 7320 - 7330 Forsyth (even) <br />Chairperson Glassman announced that a hearing was scheduled to hear a resubdivision / lot <br />consolodation application from Manlin Mehlman Development Co., Inc. represented by James T. <br />Burke, P.E., Farnsworth & Polk, 144 West Lockwood Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63119.The <br /> <br />applicant has presented a final plat and wishes to consolidate the lots located at 7320, 7324, <br />7326, and 7330 Forsyth into one lot. <br />Ms. Glassman noted the Commission's procedures and criteria for resubdivision applications. <br />Mr. John Bergland, Architect, Triver’s Associates, 100 N. Broadway, Suite 1800, St. Louis, MO <br />63102, gave an overview of the proposal. He asked that the application be approved. <br />Mr. Hill gave the staff recommendation that the application be approved per the September 21, <br />2000 memo. <br /> <br />
