October 25, 2000 Plan Commission Minutes Page 4 of 5 <br />within six (6) months of the effective date of the revision unless an earlier date is <br />mandated by the controlling agency. <br />4.All telecommunications antennas and support structures shall be protected from <br />unauthorized access by appropriate security devices. <br />5.The placement of advertising on antennas and support structures is prohibited. <br />6.Human occupancy for office or other uses by the applicants and/or the applicants’ <br />successors or the storage of other materials and equipment not in direct support of the <br />connected telecommunications antennas by the applicants and/or the applicants’ <br />successors is prohibited. <br />7.All facilities shall be maintained and improved to remain in the condition in which they <br />were approved. <br />9.If the antenna or support structure becomes obsolete or is not used or is inactive for a <br />period of one year it shall be considered a nuisance and be removed at the owner’s <br />expense. <br />Construction, maintenance and operation of the antennas shall be in strict compliance <br />10. <br />with Section 34-64 of the University City Zoning Code. <br />11. <br />The flag shall be maintained in proper condition at all times.
