PLAN COMMISSION Minutes May 23, 2001 The Plan Commission held the regular meeting in the E. O. C. Room located in the basement of City Hall, 6801 Delmar Boulevard, University City, Missouri on May 23, 2001. The meeting commenced at 7:30 p.m. with Chairperson Glassman presiding. Voting Members PresentVoting Members Absent Susan Glassman, Chairperson Larry Self, Vice Chairperson Jimmie IronsByron Price Harley Smith Tony Credit Deborah Arbogast Staff Present: Frank Hill, Zoning Administrator Council Liaison Present: Wayne Munkel, Councilperson Approval of Minutes Chairperson Glassman stated that the Commission would consider approval of the minutes from the April 25, 2001 meeting. Mr. Smith moved for approval of the April 25, 2001 minutes. The motion was seconded by Ms. Arbogast and passed by a vote of 5 to 0 with all members voting “aye.” Resubdivision Hearing: Final Plat for Lot 3 of the Gatesworth Addition, 2 McKnight Place (t.b.k.a. 3 McKnight Place) Chairperson Glassman announced that a hearing was scheduled for an application by McKnight Place Assisted Living, LLC (f.k.a. Deutsch Family Investments, LLC) for final plat approval of Lot 3 of the Gatesworth Addition, 2 McKnight Place. Charles Deutsch of McKnight Place Assisted Living, LLC, 1 McKnight Place appeared as the applicant. The Chairperson noted the Commission's procedures and criteria for reviewing subdivision applications and final plats. Mr. Deutsch gave an overview of the proposal and asked that the application be approved. Mr. Hill gave the staff recommendation that the application be approved per the May 17, 2001 Staff Memo. Mr. Credit moved that the Plan Commission recommend approval of the final plat.
