<br />PLAN COMMISSION <br />Minutes <br />February 27, 2002 <br />The Plan Commission held the regular meeting in the E. O. C. Room located in the basement of City <br />Hall, 6801 Delmar Boulevard, University City, Missouri on February 27, 2002. The meeting <br />commenced at 7:30 p.m. with Chairperson Glassman presiding. <br />Voting Members PresentVoting Members Absent <br />Susan Glassman, Chairperson Larry Self, Vice Chairperson <br />Byron PriceDeborah Arbogast <br />Harley SmithJimmie Irons <br />Tony Credit <br />Staff Present: <br /> Lehman Walker, Director of Planning and Development, Frank Hill, Zoning <br />Administrator <br />Approval of Minutes <br />Chairperson Glassman stated that the Commission would consider approval of the minutes from the <br />December 12, 2001 meeting. Mr. Price moved for approval of the December 12, 2001 minutes. The <br />motion was seconded by Mr. Smith and passed by a vote of 4 to 0 with all members voting “aye.” <br />Discussion on Larger In-Fill Home Construction <br />Chairperson Glassman announced that the commission would discuss the issue of larger in-fill home <br />construction. <br />Citizens were asked to give their opinions on the issue. Joan Botwonick, 511 Westview; Nancy <br />Sachar, 8044 Lafon; Dan Slavin, 17 Fordyce Lane, Ladue; Mark Holly, 520 Mapleview; John Ramsay, <br />520 Mapleview; and John McDonnel, 519 Westview spoke before the Commission. <br />It was decided that the Staff will research the issue, produce a study and give a presentation to the <br />Commission at the May meeting. The study should focus on the large in-fill homes and the possible <br />review procedure for such construction. <br />Adjournment <br />Mr. Credit moved for adjournment.
