<br />PLAN COMMISSION <br />Minutes <br />April 23, 2003 <br />The Plan Commission held the regular meeting in the E. O. C. Room located in the basement of City <br />Hall, 6801 Delmar Boulevard, University City, Missouri on April 23, 2003. The meeting commenced <br />at 7:30 p.m. with Chairperson Arbogast presiding. <br />Voting Members PresentVoting Members Absent <br />Deborah Arbogast, ChairpersonLarry Self, Vice Chairperson <br />Harley Smith Jimmie Irons <br />Steve Myers <br />Rosalyn Borg <br />John Kreishman <br />Council Liaison Present: <br /> Arthur Sharpe, Jr., Councilperson <br />Staff Present: <br /> Lehman Walker, Director of Planning and Development; Frank Hill, Zoning <br />Administrator <br />Approval of Minutes <br />Chairperson Arbogast stated that the Commission would consider approval of the minutes from the <br />March 26, 2002 meeting. Ms. Borg moved for approval. The motion was seconded by Mr. Kreishman <br />and passed by a vote of 5 to 0 with all members voting “aye.” <br />Public Hearing: Conditional Use Permit, Vehicle Repair Facility, 7640 Delmar <br />Chairperson Arbogast announced that the public hearing was scheduled for tonight but due to an error <br />on posted signage the meeting will be postponed until the May 28, 2003 meeting. <br />Hearing: Subdivision / Condominium, 7828 and 7830 Delmar <br />Chairperson Arbogast announced that a hearing was scheduled to hear an application from Jason W. <br />Calkins and Pilar C. Calkins represented by Thomas G. Brackman, Copeland Thompson Farris, PC, <br />231 Bemiston, Suite 220, Clayton, MO 63105. The applicant requests that the final plat be approved <br />creating 2 condominiums at 7828 and 7830 Delmar. <br />The Chairperson noted the Commission's procedures and criteria for reviewing resubdivisions. <br />Mr. Hill gave the staff recommendation that the application be approved per the April 17, 2003 memo. <br />K:\WPOFFICE\WPDATA\m-4-23-2003.plc.wpd <br /> <br />
