PLAN COMMISSION Minutes October 22, 2003 The Plan Commission held the meeting in the E. O. C. Room located in the basement of City Hall, 6801 Delmar Boulevard, University City, Missouri on August 27, 2003. The meeting commenced at 7:30 p.m. with Chairperson Arbogast presiding. Voting Members PresentVoting Members Absent Deborah Arbogast, ChairpersonJohn Kreishman Jimmie Irons Harley Smith Steve Myers Rosalyn Borg Lynn Ricci Council Liaison Present: Arthur Sharpe, Jr., Councilperson Staff Present: Lehman Walker, Director of Planning and Development; Frank Hill, Zoning Administrator Approval of Minutes The Chairperson stated that the Commission would consider approval of the minutes from the September 24, 2003 meeting. Ms. Borg stated that the word “Mr.” should be changed “Ms.” on page 2 where it refers to her. Ms. Ricci said the meeting commenced at 7:30p.m. and was adjourned at 7:50 p.m. Ms. Ricci moved for approval as amended. The motion was seconded by Ms. Borg and passed by a vote of 5 to 0 with all members voting “aye” (Mr. Myers was not present for this agenda item). Hearing: Subdivision / Condominium, 520 North & South The Chairperson announced that a hearing was scheduled concenrign an application from Fischer & Frichtel, represented by J. R. Grimes Consulting Engineers, 12300 Tesson Ferry Rd., Suite 300, St. Louis, MO 63128. The applicant requests that the final plat be approved creating 22 condominiums at 520 North & South. The Chairperson noted the Commission's procedures and criteria for reviewing resubdivisions. Mr. Earl Graham of J. R. Grimes appeared on behalf of the applicant, gave an overview of the proposal and asked that it be approved. Mr. Hill gave the staff recommendation that the application be approved per the Staff Report. Mr. I rons moved that the Plan Commission recommend approval of the final plat.
