December 10, 2003 Plan Commission Minutes Page 4 of 4 <br />consistent with the Comprehensive Plan, neighborhood development plan (if applicable), and any other <br />official planning and development policies of the City; and e) Will provide off-street parking and loading <br />areas in accordance with the standards contained in Article 7 of the University City Zoning Code. Mr. Smith <br />moved that the Plan Commission recommend approval of the Conditional Use Permit without any extra <br />conditions: <br />1.Development and construction of the addition shall be in substantial conformance with the plans submitted <br />for this conditional use permit application. <br />2.In order to meet parking requirements for the property, 93 parking spaces shall be required at all times this <br />use shall be in existence. This requirement is currently dependent upon an agreement with Epworth <br />Children and Family Services, Inc. being maintained that provides the additional parking spaces needed to <br />meet the total of 93 spaces. <br />The motion was seconded by Mr. Irons and passed by a vote of 4 to 0 with all members voting “aye.” <br />Adjournment <br />Mr. Smith moved for adjournment.
