<br /> <br />PLAN COMMISSION <br />Minutes <br />June 23, 2004 <br /> <br /> <br />The Plan Commission held their regular meeting in the EOC Room located in the basement of City Hall, <br />6801 Delmar Boulevard, University City, Missouri on June 23, 2004. The meeting commenced at 6:30 p.m. <br />with Chairperson Arbogast presiding. <br /> <br />Voting Members Present Voting Members Absent <br /> <br />Deborah Arbogast, Chairperson Harley Smith <br />Steve Myers, Vice Chairperson <br />John Kreishman <br />Rosalyn Borg <br />Lynn Ricci <br />Charles Marentette <br /> <br />Council Liaison Present: <br /> Robert Wagner, Councilperson <br /> <br />Staff Present: <br /> Lehman Walker, Director of Planning and Development and Frank B. Hill, Zoning <br />Administrator <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br /> <br /> <br />The Chairperson stated that the Commission would consider approval of the minutes from the May 19, 2004 <br />meeting. Ms. Ricci moved for approval. The motion was seconded by Mr. Marentette and passed by a vote <br />of 6 to 0 with all members voting “aye.” <br /> <br />Hearing: Resubdivision, 7823 Greensfelder <br /> <br /> <br />The Chairperson announced that a hearing was scheduled concerning an application from Dante Anselmo, <br />7823 Greensfelder. The applicant requests that the final plat be approved to combine two existing lots (one <br />on top of the other) and to reconfigure them into two side by side lots (including a boundary adjustment on <br />the eastern lot). <br /> <br />The Chairperson noted the Commission's procedures and criteria for reviewing resubdivisions. <br /> <br />Mr. Anselmo gave an overview of the proposal and asked that it be approved. <br /> <br />Mr. Hill gave the staff recommendation that the application be approved per the Staff Report. <br /> <br />The Chairperson asked for comments from the members of the Public. David Manning, 533 Warder spoke <br />in favor of the proposals. Jeff Kaiser, 537 Warder; Melissa Hattman, 523 Warder; Jeff Weintrop, 7832 <br />Greensfelder; Thomas Harig, 7814 Greensfelder; George Hinkle, 541 Warder; Bob Wagner, 7848 <br />Greensfelder; Arlena Mason, 7830 Greensfelder and Kathy Meath, 523 Warder spoke against the proposal. <br />No other members of the public wished to speak and the Public Hearing was closed. <br /> <br />Mr. Walker suggested that commission delay voting on the proposal for sixty (60) days. Concerned citizens <br />can submit information prior to August 10, 2004. Ms. Ricci moved that the Plan Commission delay the vote <br /> <br />
