PLAN COMMISSION Minutes April 27, 2005 The Plan Commission held their regular meeting in the Fifth Floor Council Chambers located in City Hall, 6801 Delmar Boulevard, University City, Missouri on April 27, 2005. The meeting commenced at 6:30 p.m. with Vice Chairperson Meyers presiding. Voting Members PresentVoting Members Absent Steve Myers, Vice ChairpersonDeborah Arbogast, Chairperson n/a John KreishmanLynn Ricci Harley Smith Rosalyn Borg Charles Marentette Council Liaison Present: Robert Wagner, Councilperson Staff Present: Lehman Walker, Director of Planning and Development; Frank B. Hill, Zoning Administrator and Andrea Riganti, Manager of Planning Services Approval of Minutes The Vice Chairperson stated that the Commission would consider approval of the minutes from the March 23, 2005 meeting. Mr. Kreishman moved approval of the March 23, 2005 minutes. The motion was seconded by Ms. Borg and passed by a vote of 5 to 0 with all members voting “aye.” Hearing: Resubdivision / Condominium, 761 Syracuse The Vice Chairperson announced that a hearing was scheduled concerning an application from Blake Ashby, 714 Limit, 2S, University City, MO 63130, for final plat approval to subdivide the three-family dwelling at 761 Syracuse into condominium units. The Vice Chairperson noted the Commission's procedures and criteria for reviewing resubdivision applications. Mr. Hill gave the staff recommendation that the application be approved per the Staff Report. The Vice Chairperson asked for comments from members of the public. No members of the public wished to speak and the hearing was closed. Mr. Kreishman moved that the Plan Commission recommend approval of the resubdivision / condominium for 761 Syracuse.
