October 19, 2005 Plan Commission Minutes Page 16 of 16 <br />No failure on the part of the City to exercise and no delay in exercising any right <br />that it has hereunder shall preclude any other or further exercise thereof or the <br />exercise of any other right of University City. <br />The motion was seconded by Mr. Marentette and passed by a vote of 4 to 1, with Ms. <br />Borg, Mr. Marentette, Ms. Ricci and Mr. Meyers voting “aye” and Mr. Smith voting <br />“nay” that Section 34-64.4 <br />Other Business <br />The Commission stated that all future text amendments should be in proper black-line <br />form showing the existing ordinance with the deletions stricken out and additions bolded. <br />Adjournment <br />Mr. Smith moved for adjournment.
