PLAN COMMISSION Minutes January 28, 2009 th The Plan Commission held their regular meeting in the 4 Floor Meeting. Room located at City Hall, 6801 Delmar Boulevard, University City, Missouri on January 28, 2009. The meeting commenced at 6:30 p.m. with Chairperson Marentette presiding. Voting Members Present Voting Members Absent Charles Marentette, Chairperson Nova Felton Tom Byrne, Vice Chairperson Lisa Greening Mike Miller Ben Senturia Ben Halpert Council Liaison Present: Terry Crow, Councilperson Staff Present: Lehman Walker, Director of Community Development; Frank Hill, Manager of Current Planning Approval of Minutes The Chairperson stated that the Commission would consider approval of the minutes from the November 12, 2008 meeting. Mr. Halpert moved for approval of the minutes. The motion was seconded by Ms. Greening and passed by a vote of 4 to 0 with all members voting “yes” (Mr. Miller and Mr. Byrne were not present for this agenda item) Hearing: Resubdivision - Condominium, 714Leland The Chairperson announced that a hearing was scheduled concerning an application from Steve Varwig, 14 Arder Road, St. Louis, MO 63132 for a final plat approval creating 3 condominium units. The Chairperson noted the Commission's procedures and criteria for reviewing subdivision plats. Mr. Varwig gave an overview of the proposal and asked that it be approved. Mr. Hill gave the staff recommendation that the application be approved per the Staff Report. The Chairperson asked for comments from the members of the public. No members of the public wished to speak. Mr. Miller moved that the Plan Commission recommend approval of the final plat.
