<br /> <br />Plan Commission <br />Minutes <br />September 22, 2010 <br /> <br />The Plan Commission held their regular meeting in the EOC Room located at City Hall, 6801 <br />Delmar Boulevard, University City, Missouri on September 22, 2010. The meeting commenced <br />at 6:30 pm. <br /> <br />Voting Members PresentMembers Absent <br /> <br />Ben Halpert, Chairperson Ben Senturia <br />Tom Byrne <br />Paulette Carr Stephen Kraft, Council Liaison <br />Nova Felton <br />Lisa Greening <br />Deidre Lewis <br /> <br />Staff Present: Andrea Riganti, Acting Director of Community Development; Zach Greatens, <br />Planner <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />The Chairperson stated that the Commission would consider approval of the minutes from the <br />August 25, 2010 meeting. Ms. Lewis moved for approval of the minutes as written, seconded by <br />Ms. Greening. The motion passed. <br /> <br />Hearing: Minor Subdivision <br /> <br />The Chairperson announced that a hearing was scheduled for Final Plat approval of a Minor <br />Subdivision creating two condominium units at 7104-06 Dartmouth Avenue. <br /> <br />Tony Wurm with James Engineering and Surveying Inc, representing the property owner, <br />provided a summary of the proposed subdivision. The current proposal is to convert the existing, <br />two story, two-family dwelling located at 7104-06 Dartmouth Avenue into two condominium <br />units. Each unit is just over 1,000 square feet in size with a common area in the lower level and <br />one parking space provided for each unit. <br /> <br />Questions/comments from the Plan Commission and responses included: <br /> <br />-Will the units be renovated? Mr. Wurm – That will be decided by the owners. <br /> <br />-Who is the developer? Mr. Wurm – Ramnik Pujii, the current property owner. <br /> <br />-Do we know what his history as a property owner is? Mr. Wurm – Not sure. <br /> <br />-Are the units currently being rented?
