The accidents respond to
vandalism, lack of visibility, failure to yield, etc.

It is the recommendation of the Engineering Division to install signs and mark the pavement where
necessary. Sweeping the area and trash receptacles is Public Works Department jurisdiction.
Regarding i) making the lanes one way, ii) creating loading and unloading zones and iii) changing
the entrance and exit for the parking lot; the owner of the building should prepare a plan and
submit it to Planning Department.

2.No Parking at Any Time sign in front of 7320 Forsyth.

Please find attached the Traffic Request Form submitted by Judy Berger, dated November 14, 2003. She
is requesting a “No Parking at Any Time Sign” in front of 7320 Forsyth building. She attached a petition
signed by all the residents at the 7320 Forsyth new condo building.

1
V:\WP51\Mariela-Projects\Traffic Commission\agenda\2003\Agenda 12-10-03.doc
