Page 2 - Agenda December 14, 2005 There is no restriction for the alley from Limit Avenue to Melville Avenue, two hundred (200) feet south of Delmar Boulevard. The City does not have jurisdiction over the alley from Limit Avenue to Skinker Avenue; this alley is under St. Louis City jurisdiction. The request from Ms. Trujillo will be reviewed by the Loop Special Businesses District in their meeting on December 13, 2005. The final comments from this meeting will be th provided during the traffic commission meeting on December 14. Currently, the Engineering Division recommends no changes. 3.Drop off area for “Our Lady of Lourdes” School Please find attached traffic request from Al Sprehe dated November 16, 2005. Mr. Sprehe is the Maintenance Director of Our Lady of Lourdes School. He is requesting that a drop off zone be established along Northmoor Dr., to allow parents to drop off their children for school. The area requested for drop off is the area where the car is parked, showed in the picture below. The engineering division recommends that a drop off zone, from 7am to 8am, Monday thru Friday be established along the north side of Northmoor, for a distance of 20 feet eastbound, starting 65 feet from the intersection with Asbury. 4.Stop Signs on Sheridan at Appleton Please find attached traffic request form dated December 7, 2005 submitted by Ms. Sherry Haskins. She is requesting that stop signs be installed at Appleton-Sheridan intersection for the operator of a vehicle driving on Sheridan shall stop before entering or crossing Appleton.
