The meeting has been cancelled due to a lack of agenda items to vote upon. For your information, on Monday, March 2 at 6:30 PM in Our Lady of Lourdes Parish School Cafeteria the City of University City hold a public meeting to review the possible parking restrictions on one side of Northmoor Dr, from 7045 to 7117 and Asbury Ave to the west city limit. The Northmoor residents in attendance had the opportunity to vote in alternatives presented by staff. Results as follows: As First Priority – 32 voted  26 (81%)in favor of doing less  1 (3%) in favor of “chicane”  5 (16%) in favor of “s” curbs funded by NID As Second Priority – 28 voted  15 (54%) in favor of “s” curbs funded by NID  10 (36%) in favor of “chicane”  2 (7%)in favor of doing less  1 (3%) in favor of restricting parking by day, month or season Interested in Residential Parking Permit System = 21 These results will be presented to City Council on March 23, 2009. Also attached are the minutes for the February 11, 2009 meeting. These minutes can be approved in the next meeting. The next Traffic Commission meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, April 8, 2009 at 6:30 p.m. in the EOC Room (basement)at City Hall.
