Mr. Cannon explained another way that some communities are addressing this issue is by allowing <br />residents to use signs that can be purchased at local retail stores that read “Keep Kids Alive Drive <br />25.” These signs can be purchased by the resident and placed in their front yards. MoDOT has <br />positive literature about these signs. <br /> <br />Ms. Smith moved the motion to deny the petition to install children at play signs at 8100 and 8200 <br />blocks of Tulane Ave. The motion was seconded by Ms. Nichols and unanimously approved. <br /> <br />4. Approval of Minutes – April 8, 2009 meeting. <br /> <br />The minutes of the April 8, 2009 meeting were unanimously approved. <br /> <br />5.
