<br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Schuman also provided pictures of the collision. <br /> <br />Commissioner Bondareff questioned how UCPD identifies who is a Golf Course patron and who is <br />a regular visitor. Mr. Schuman explained he calls the UCPD when he notices any nonresident/golf <br />customer vehicle parked for Police to ticket. <br /> <br />Mr. Field, resident at 7152 Kingsbury was present and spoke in favor of keeping the Golf Course <br />parking restriction. <br /> <br />Commissioner Paterson again explained that due to the lack of quorum the commission is not <br />capable of making a recommendation and that all opinions expressed at this meeting have been <br />recorded. <br /> <br /> <br />3. Parking Meters change in hours of operation and hourly rates along Loop area. <br /> <br />Commissioner Bondareff requested a report with information about last year’s revenue from meters <br />in the loop, additional meters cost and projected revenue.
