The results follow: <br /> <br /> Creative Printing $11,375. <br /> Publication Printing $10,560. <br /> McCauley Printing $12,200. <br /> Ultra Color $13,725. <br /> <br />The bid submitted by Publication Printing was determined non-responsive because <br />the business had a published tax-lien against it. Publication was given the <br /> <br /> <br />
