Conditional Use Permit Change – 6625 Delmar <br /> <br />Staff recommends the approval of Qdoba Mexican Grill’s request to change <br />their Conditional Use Permit. If approved, they would like to extend the hours of <br />operation from 12:00 AM to 3:00 AM. They will not serve alcohol beyond the <br />originally permitted time, 12:00 AM. <br /> <br />2. Conditional Use Permit Request -7640 Delmar <br /> <br />The Plan Commission recommends by a vote of 6-0 to grant a request for a drive-through <br />restaurant at 7640 Delmar. The request is from Starbucks to establish a restaurant at the <br />corner of Delmar and North and South. <br /> <br />3. Conditional Use Permit Request –612 & 614 North and South <br /> <br />The Plan Commission recommends approval of a Conditional Use Permit by a vote of 6-0 <br />for the approval of a restaurant at 612-614 North & South with five conditions. The <br />request comes from the operators of Momo’s which adjoins the property. <br /> <br />4. Conditional Use Permit Request – 6691 Delmar aka Cicero’s <br /> <br />The Plan Commission recommends by a vote of 6-0 the approval of a Conditional Use <br />Permit to allow a marquee sign at 6691 Delmar. <br /> <br /> <br />5. Fourth Quarter General Fund Budget Transfer <br /> <br />This final quarter general fund budget transfer request for $217,251 will close the year out <br />at 2,514,202 dollars over the original budget. Throughout the year, increased <br />expenditures were matched with additional revenue through grant income and $400,000 <br /> <br /> <br />
