<br />many people move to University City because of the welcoming relationships the City <br />has. He noted that if this bill passed, University City will be the first in the County <br />with a Domestic Partnership Registry and he hoped that other municipalities or better <br />yet all of St. Louis County will follow suit. Mr. Crow said this bill is about equality and <br />what is right. He thanked all for making University City a special place to live.
