Ms. Ricci stated that Rule 13 stated talk among Councilmembers not the City Manager. She
suggested that a section could be put under the City Manager report to address any questions
provided to him within a certain window of time. Ms. Ricci said she could envision someone saying
that for the next meeting, Mr. Walker could you provide A, B or C. Mr. Walker said he had no difficulty
with that but his concern was when a Councilmember would come to the meeting with a list of
questions that could have been provided earlier, so he could have the answers.

Mr. Crow said that the City Manager could get the information back at a later date.

Mayor Welsch stated that members of Council need to understand that when they come to a meeting
with questions and that had not been presented to the City Manager prior to the meeting; an answer
will not be expected that evening.

Rule 14 was not finished and Mayor Welsch asked everyone to comment on it and share this with Mr.
Kraft. She asked that these Rules be finished by June.

Meeting was adjourned at 6:29 p.m.

Joyce Pumm, MRCC,
City Clerk
