<br />concern to the Council. Mr. Clay indicated a strong support for U City in Bloom gardens, <br />particularly those along Olive Boulevard. With respect to Olive Boulevard, Mr. Clay also suggested <br />that any planning effort include a professional public engagement process. <br /> <br />The following budget was proposed: <br /> U City In Bloom $46,015 <br /> Dept of Community Development $100,000 <br /> Olive Blvd. (to be defined) $200,000 <br /> LSBD $200,000 <br /> Dept of Public Works (Phased Parking Lot #4) $134,000 <br />TOTAL $680,015 <br /> <br />There was a motion and second to approve the proposed budget. The motion was unanimously <br />approved. <br /> <br />Ms. Riganti discussed the need to hold a public hearing on the proposed budget before it can be <br />forwarded to City Council.
