University City is currently in <br />negotiation with AT&T on the initial draft of the Benefit Agreement I shared with <br />you. However, we will also participate in the consortium should our initial <br />discussions not be fruitful. I’ve included the letter from the League for your <br />consideration. <br /> <br />the Olive/I-170 <br />Karen Yoemens with the MoDOT District Office indicated that <br />rd <br />Interchange Project <br /> will be completed by a 3-party contract with the HDR <br />engineering firm, the contract now at MoDOT Headquarters in Jefferson City for <br />execution. The project initiation is scheduled to begin immediately after Labor <br />Day. A Pre-construction meeting will be scheduled with all parties, including the <br />two cities, prior to construction.
