Session 1750 <br /> <br />MINUTES OF THE UNIVERSITY CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />March 15, 1999 <br /> <br />At a special meeting of the City Council of University City held in the 2® floor conference <br />room of on Mon¢tay, March 15, 1999, Mayor Joseph L. Adams called the meeting to order <br />at 8:30 p.m. In addition to the Mayor, the following members of the Council were present: <br /> <br />Ms. Cassandra Colquitt <br />Mr. Wayne I. Munkel <br />Mr. Robert Wagner <br />Mr. Larry Lieberman <br />Mr. Paul Schoomer <br />Mr. Arthur Sharpe, Jr. <br /> <br />Also present was City Manager Frank OIlendorff and Assistant City Manager Gregory Rose. <br /> <br />Response to the EWGCC Alternative Designs: <br /> <br />The City Council d,scussed, at length and in great detail, the method in which Council <br />would respond to EWGCC on their Alternative Designs report. It was decided that no more <br />than three councilmembers draft a letter and have it completed for the entire Council's <br />signature for Monday, March 29th after the meeting. <br /> <br />Mayor Adams adjourned the meeting at 9:10 p.m. <br /> <br /> Leisha K.
