<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />MINUTES OF UNIVERSITY CITY COUNCIL <br />SPECIAL SESSION OF THE COUNCIL <br />AUGUST 17, 2006 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The Council Special Session, held in the City Hall, second floor conference room on <br />Thursday, August 17 2006, was called to order by Mayor Adams at 5:00 p.m. In addition <br />to Mayor Adams, the following members of the Council were present: <br /> Mr. Robert Wagner <br /> Ms. Stefany Brot <br /> Mr. Arthur Sharpe, Jr. <br /> Mr. Michael Glickert <br /> Mr. Byron Price. <br />Also present was City Manager, Julie Feier. <br /> <br />Byron Price moved to appoint Lynn Ricci to the Council to fill vacant seat in Ward 2, and <br />was seconded by Mr. Wagner. <br /> <br />Roll Call vote <br />AYES: Mr. Wagner, Ms. Brot, Mr. Sharpe, Jr, Mr. Wagner, Mr. Price and Mayor Adams <br />NAYS: None. <br />nd <br />The unanimous vote makes Ms. Lynn Ricci the 2 Ward replacement upon installation <br />th <br />during the August 28 Council Meeting. <br /> <br />Meeting was adjourned at 5:10 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />Joyce Pumm <br />City Clerk <br />
