RESOLUTION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a regular election was held in the City of University City, Missouri on <br />Tuesday, April 6, 1 799; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said election was conducted according to the laws of the State of Missouri, <br />the City Charter am l Ordinances of the City of University City, and the rules and regulations <br />promulgated by the Board of Election Commissioners of St. Louis County; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS. the following proposition was on the ballot as shown: <br /> <br />PROPOSITION S <br /> <br />Shall a max:: mum charge of seven dollars be assessed quarterly on all residential <br />property hax ing six or less dwelling units to provide funds to pay the cost of <br />certain repairs of defective lateral sewer service lines of those dwelling units? <br /> <br /> NOW THE!
