Mayor Adams nominates Lisa Greening to the Arts & Letters Commission <br />4. Mr. Glickert nominates Thomas Byrne, Jr. to the Plan Commission <br />5. Ms. Brot nominates John Solodar for reappointment to the Board of Adjustment <br /> <br /> <br />E. SWEARING IN <br /> <br /> <br />F. CONSENT AGENDA <br />1. Microsurfacing Contract: In 2005, various firms bid for a three-year microsurfacing <br />and thermo-plastic marking contract. Microsurfacing Inc. won the award and established <br />record of accomplishment in performing work according to the City’s specifications. The <br />contract for the coming year totals, $238,648. The FY 06-07 budget includes appropriate <br />funds fro the project. If approved, work will begin in September 2006. Attachment <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approval of Micro-surfacing, Inc. bid. <br /> <br /> <br />2.
