RESOLUTION 2011 - 8 <br /> Resolution Amending the Civil Service Rules Approved <br /> by the Civil Service Board Through May 5, 2011 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED: That the Council of the City of University City, <br /> Missouri, finds and declares as follows: <br /> 1. The University City Civil Service Board has the power and is required to <br /> approve Civil Service Rules pursuant to University City Charter Section 52. <br /> 2. The Civil Service Board has approved various amendments to the Civil ! <br /> Service Rules, including at its meetings on July 20, 2010 and May 5, 2011, which <br /> included public hearings. Attached is a true and correct copy of the Civil Services Rules <br /> approved by the Civil Service Board through May 5, 2011. It is hereby adopted and <br /> incorporated by reference herein. <br /> 3.
