<br /> <br />The following options for energy and cost savings associated with the Ameren owned lights are <br />1.RETROFIT: Retrofit bulbs which are currently MV to an equivalent HPS bulb and retrofit a <br /> <br />of higher wattage HPS bulbs to lower wattage HPS bulbs. <br />2.DECOMMISSION (300 ft): Decommission lights that are in excess of <br /> <br />policy- <br />residential street lights. <br />3.DECOMMISSION (300/200 ft): Decommission lights that are in excess of <br /> <br />policy; - <br />residential street lights, except the maximum spacing between post top style lights <br />due to lower height of pole equalling lower light output. <br />4.DECOMMISSION UNWARRANTED: Decommission lights which are no longer warranted; former <br /> <br />alleys, private driveways, hidden by trees, etc. <br />5.TRANSFER PRIVATE COSTS (ALL): Transfer ALL costs of private neighbourhood lights currently <br /> <br />paid for by University City to the private neighbourhoods in which they are <br />6.TRANSFER PRIVATE COSTS (300 ft): Transfer only the costs of private neighbourhood lights in <br /> <br />excess of U. <br />7.TRANSFER PRIVATE COSTS (300/200 ft): Transfer only the costs of private neighbourhood lights <br /> <br />which are in excess of , residential street <br />lights, but lights which are post top style. <br />8.TRANSFER WASH U COSTS (ALL): Transfer ALL costs of lights located around Washington <br /> <br />University owned property currently paid for by University City <br />9.TRANSFER WASH U COSTS (300 ft): Transfer only the costs of lights located around Washington <br /> <br />University owned properties which are in excess of U <br />-residential street lights. <br />10.ACQUISITION OF LIGHTS: Purchase Ameren owned Lights from Ameren. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />18 <br />Page <br /> <br />
