The first will <br />again use the adjusted Clayton cost of equaling $467 per <br />$1,558,000 to purchase and meter the system, <br />light <br />. The second will use the higher cost of $1,000 per light that had been given by Ameren to various <br />equaling $1,100 per light <br />municipalities, plus a high-end estimate of $100 per light to meter, , totaling <br />$3,669,600. <br />The cost of maintaining the system is a strong variable in the decision of purchasing the system. The <br />estimated cost of $280,000 for maintaining the lights will be us for the options <br />where maintenance is not included. Pole maintenance and wiring repairs do not seem to be included in the <br />Black and McDonald maintenance costs or the Ameren 6M Unmetered Energy and Maintenance option.
