NEW BUSINESS <br />RESOLUTIONS <br /> <br />BILLS TO BE INTRODUCED <br />1. BILL 9136 <br /> – An ordinance authorizing the City of University City, Missouri, to amend <br />the trust indenture pursuant to which its Industrial Development revenue bonds <br />(Winco Redevelopment Corporation, Inc. project) series 2003 in the original principal <br />amount of $5,800,000 were issued; and authorizing certain other actions in <br />connection therewith. <br /> <br /> <br />2. BILL 9137 – <br />An ordinance amending Chapter 1.08 of the University City Municipal <br />Code, relating to corporate boundaries and ward boundaries, by repealing Section <br />1.08.020 thereof, relating to wards, and enacting in lieu thereof a new section to be <br />known as “Section 1.08.020 wards”, thereby amending said section so as to change <br />the boundaries of the City’s three wards. <br /> <br />O.
