Approval of Minutes <br />The minutes from the July 20, 2011 Board of Adjustment meeting were approved. <br />2. Case # 11-00944 – 855 University Place <br />Erick French and Anu Diwakaran (property owners) requested a variance to construct a two- <br />story building addition maintaining a rear yard setback of five (5) feet in lieu of thirty (30) feet as <br />required by Section 34-30.5.2.a(3) of the Zoning Code for the single-family dwelling in the SR – <br />Single Family Residential District.
