<br />NOTICE OF SPECIAL SESSION <br />STUDY SESSION <br />OF THE <br />UNIVERSITY CITY CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />Public Notice is hereby given that a Special Session of the City Council of University City will <br />rd <br />be held on Monday October 3, 2011, at 6:00 p.m., City Hall, 6801 Delmar Blvd., EOC Room. <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA <br /> <br />1. BILL 9133 -An ordinance ordering the levy and fixing the rate of property taxes <br /> <br />to be collected in the City of University City for the year 2011 to provide for <br />general revenue, police and firefighter retirement, general obligation bond debt <br />service, and for the University City Loop Special Business District and the <br />Parkview Garden Special Taxing District. <br /> <br />2. BILL 9138 – An ordinance amending Chapter 10.44 of the University City <br />Municipal code, relating to parking restrictions for specific streets, by repealing <br />Section 10.44.010 thereof, relating to parking prohibited on certain streets at all <br />times, and enacting in lieu thereof a new section to be known as “Section <br />10.44.010 parking prohibited on certain streets at all times,” thereby amending <br />said section so as to restrict parking at all times on the west side of Melville <br />Avenue thereof from Delmar Boulevard to Kingsbury Avenue, and on the north <br />side of Loop South thereof from Melville Avenue to ninety (90) feet west; <br />containing a saving clause and providing a penalty. <br /> <br />3.
