<br />M. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> <br />BILLS <br />1. BILL 9136 – <br />An ordinance authorizing the City of University City, Missouri, to amend <br />the trust indenture pursuant to which its Industrial Development revenue bonds <br />(Winco Redevelopment Corporation, Inc. project) series 2003 in the original principal <br />amount of $5,800,000 were issued; and authorizing certain other actions in <br /> <br />connection therewith. <br /> <br />2. BILL 9137 - <br />.An ordinance amending Chapter 1.08 of the University City Municipal <br />Code, relating to corporate boundaries and ward boundaries, by repealing Section <br />1.08.020 thereof, relating to wards, and enacting in lieu thereof a new section to be <br />known as “Section 1.08.020 wards”, thereby amending said section so as to change <br /> <br />the boundaries of the City’s three wards. <br /> <br />3. BILL 9138 <br /> – An ordinance amending Chapter 10.44 of the University City <br />Municipal code, relating to parking restrictions for specific streets, by repealing <br />Section 10.44.010 thereof, relating to parking prohibited on certain streets at all <br />times, and enacting in lieu thereof a new section to be known as “Section <br />10.44.010 parking prohibited on certain streets at all times,” thereby amending <br />said section so as to restrict parking at all times on the west side of Melville <br />Avenue thereof from Delmar Boulevard to Kingsbury Avenue, and on the north <br />side of Loop South thereof from Melville Avenue to ninety (90) feet west; <br />containing a saving clause and providing a penalty. <br /> <br />N.
