The project
will include assisting homeowners with the necessary repairs to separate the old
combined sewer systems. Once the project is complete, it will alleviate the
pressure caused by heavy rains in the sanitary sewer system causing back up in
residential basements. Smoke and dye testing will be performed in the area to
identify problem areas, interior inspections will be required and private storm
water drains will need to be relocated. A direct mailer has gone to the
residences; a sample letter is attached for your information.

The orange X on trees in the right-of-way along County roads indicates trees
slated for removal by the County. They have a new policy regarding or trees in the
right–of-way that indicates they will NOT be replacing the trees that are removed.

Lights ON!
Ameren has been working weekends to bring our streetlights back
up.
