-It feels like a needs assessment rather than asset assessment. <br />-Some items could be reworded. <br />-Possibly emphasize there are no right or wrong answers. It is based on opinion. <br />Michael – It can be reorganized depending on how it is to be measured. <br />-Answers will be perception based. Residents should be allowed to answer based on their <br />own perception. <br />-Is it possible to know the demographics of those answering? <br />Michael – A survey should be done professionally to compare perception with scientific <br />measurement. Westchester County example <br />-What format should be used?
