Provide a scope of work which clearly describes the extent of the <br />work to be completed. <br /> The following information should be included in the construction documents: <br />If walls are being reconstructed, provide a wall section that specifies the <br />?? <br />stud size, spacing, top plate size, bottom plate size and type of finish <br />being used. <br />If the bathroom is being remodeled, show fixture locations. <br />?? <br />If the kitchen is being remodeled, show cabinet layout. <br />?? <br />Provide an electrical layout for the space if the electric is being repaired. <br />?? <br /> <br />Special items for consideration <br />: <br />If any major structural damage occurred as a result of the fire, a design <br />professional must provide an assessment of the damage and solution. The <br />statement must be sealed, signed and dated by the design professional. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
