First he stated that <br />U City’s reputation has been damaged with the Park’s Grant Commission and therefore <br />with St. Louis County and he heard that Clayton is disappointed with their agreement <br />with U City in that the driving range lights are not being used. Mr. Mass said secondly <br />that the City Manager and Mayor are in direct violation with City Council’s Resolution <br />2007 – 10, which states the lights shall be turned off by 9:30 p.m. He said it was his <br />understanding that U City has lost at least $22,000 of net income due to the lights not <br />being turned on.
