BILL 9151 – <br />An ordinance authorizing the City of University City, Missouri, to enter <br />into a lease purchase transaction, the proceeds of which will be used to pay the <br />costs of currently refunding the City’s outstanding Certificates of Participation (City <br />of University City, Missouri, lessee), Series 2004, and advance refunding the City’s <br />outstanding Certificates of Participation (City of University City, Missouri, lessee), <br />Series 2004; and authorizing the execution of certain documents and actions in <br /> <br />connection therewith. <br /> <br />N. NEW BUSINESS <br />RESOLUTIONS <br />1. RESOLUTION 2012 – 01 <br /> a revised resolution for the voluntary flood buyout policy <br /> <br />2. RESOLUTION 2012 – 02 <br />a resolution to approve the submission of an application <br />for a St. Louis County Municipal Park Planning Grant for Millar Park inventory and <br />evaluation. <br /> <br />BILLS <br />3. BILL 9152 <br /> An ordinance amending Section 10.44.-1- of the University City <br />– <br /> <br />Municipal Code, relating to parking restrictions for specific streets, by allowing <br />parking on the south side of Loop South as provided herein.. <br /> <br />4. BILL 9153 – <br />An ordinance amending Chapter 10.48, parking meters, of the <br />University City Municipal Code by reorganizing certain sections therein and by <br />amending said sections to reconstitute the City’s parking zones, revising the time <br />limitations pertinent to said zones, and by adding “Parking Pay Station” regulations. <br /> <br />O.
