BILL 9155 – An ordinance approving a redevelopment contract between the City’s Land <br />Clearance for Redevelopment Authority and Habitat for Humanity St. Louis and authorizing <br />the transfer of property for said redevelopment, all as provided herein <br /> <br />O. CITIZEN PARTICIPATION (continued if needed) <br /> Jen Jensen, 706 Pennsylvania <br />Ms. Jensen commented on the St. Louis Post Dispatch editorial about U-City’s spotlight gone <br />dark. She said she sits on two Mayoral Task Force that unites citizens from all three wards, <br />City staff and City students to brainstorm, ask questions and conduct surveys in order to come <br />up with recommendations. Ms. Jensen said that she only sees the light shining brightly. Ms. <br />Jensen said she has seen positive things happening with City Manager Mr. Walker, as a <br />surplus budget, Council hiring their own CPA firm, bank reconciliations now being completed, <br />6 <br /> <br />
