Mr. Price said he wanted clarification of the rules because his motion was voted down. He <br />again asked if they would be going in to Executive Session. The Mayor reminded Mr. Price <br />that this was the Council Comments section and any Councilmember may speak on any topic. <br /> <br />The Mayor said that the new brand platform was unveiled. She invited residents present to <br />take a copy of the newsletter, cards and stickers on the shelf by the door in the Chambers. <br />th <br />She said that she attended the parade on March 8. The Mayor said that she hosted her first <br />Regional Initiative on Youth Forum with a very impressive Executive Board. The Mayor <br />informed the Council that she will be out of town during the week of March 16-26 and Mr. <br />Sharpe Mayor Pro-Tem would be available, if needed. Finally, she said that she also read the <br />Post-Dispatch editorial and submitted a letter in rebuttal to the editor. Mayor asked that her <br />letter be made a part of the record which can be found at the end of the minutes. <br /> <br />The Mayor made a motion to go to Executive Session according to RSMO 610.020 (1) Legal <br />Actions. <br /> <br />Mr. Kraft moved to amend the motion to include (3)(13) personnel and was seconded by Ms. <br />Ricci. <br /> <br />Mr. Crow said that he objected going in to Executive Session for matters that should be <br />discussed in a public session. <br /> <br />Roll call vote was: <br />Ayes: Mr. Sharpe, Ms. Ricci, Mr. Kraft and Mayor Welsch <br />Nays: Mr. Price, Mr. Crow, Mr. Glickert <br /> <br />Ms. Ricci moved to go into Executive session according to 610.020 (1) Legal and (3)(13) <br />Personnel and was seconded by Mr. Kraft. <br /> <br />Roll call vote was: <br />Ayes: Mr. Sharpe, Ms. Ricci, Mr. Kraft and Mayor Welsch <br />Nays: Mr. Crow, Mr. Glickert, Mr. Price <br /> <br />Q. ADJOURNMENT <br />Mayor Welsch adjourned the meeting at 8:27 p.m. to go into Executive Session and noted <br />Council would reconvene in Regular Session. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />REGULAR SESSION WAS RECONVENED AT 9:40 P.M. <br />In addition to Mayor Shelley Welsch the following were present: <br />Ms. Lynn Ricci <br />Mr. Stephen Kraft <br />Mr. L. Michael Glickert <br />Mayor Shelley Welsch <br /> <br />Mr. Crow, Mr. Price and Mr. Sharpe left. <br /> <br />The session reconvened with discussion of the ICMA organization. <br />8 <br /> <br />
