AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT OF A TRACT OF LAND TO BE KNOWN AS “7346 FORSYTH BOULEVARD CONDOMINIUM” AND LOCATED AT 7346 FORSYTH. WHEREAS, on December 11, 2006, Metro Properties representing 73 Forsyth, LLC submitted for approval a final subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as “7346 Forsyth Boulevard Condominium” located at 7346 Forsyth, University City, Missouri; and WHEREAS, said final subdivision plat creates a condominium form of ownership, a minor subdivision within the meaning in Section 16-12-020 of the University City Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, at its meeting on January 8, 2007, the University City Plan Commission reviewed the final subdivision plat, determined that the final plat is in substantial compliance with the University City Municipal Code and recommended to the City Council of University City approval of the final plat; and WHEREAS, the final subdivision plat application, including all required documents and information submitted therewith, is before the City Council for its consideration. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Attached, marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof is a final subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as “7346 Forsyth Boulevard Condominium” and located at 7346 Forsyth, University City, St. Louis County, Missouri. The final subdivision plat subdivides the 6 unit building into condominiums. Section 2. It is hereby found and determined that the final subdivision plat is in full compliance with the University City Municipal Code, including Section 16.12.240 thereof. Accordingly, the final subdivision plat marked Exhibit “A” is hereby approved. Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to endorse upon the final K-3-a
