<br /> <br />Board of Adjustment <br />March 21, 2012 Meeting Minutes <br />(approved 5/16/2012) <br /> <br />A Board of Adjustment meeting was held on March 21, 2012 in the EOC Room in the basement <br />of City Hall. Approval of Minutes <br />The minutes from the February 15, 2012 Board of Adjustment meeting were approved. <br /> <br />2. Case # 12-01311 8356 Cornell Avenue <br />Kevin Franklin with HomeMatters Alliance, LLC, on behalf of Jackson Waterbury (property <br />owner), requested a variance to construct an addition for expansion of an existing garage, <br />maintaining a side yard setback of three (3) feet in lieu of five (5) feet as required by Section 34- <br />30.5.2.a(2) of the Zoning Code. The variance was approved by a vote of 5 to 0 with the <br />condition that the roof overhang of the proposed garage expansion not to exceed six inches. <br /> <br />3. Case # 12-01650 6600 Crest Avenue <br />Kyle Hunsberger with Habitat for Humanity St. Louis requested a variance to construct a new <br />single family dwelling maintaining a side yard setback of four (4) feet in lieu of five (5) feet as <br />required by Section 34-31.5.2.a(2) of the Zoning Code. The variance was approved by a vote of <br />5 to 0. <br /> <br />4. Case # 12-01651 6630 Crest Avenue <br />Kyle Hunsberger with Habitat for Humanity St. Louis requested a variance to construct a new <br />single family dwelling maintaining a side yard setback of four (4) feet in lieu of five (5) feet as <br />required by Section 34-31.5.2.a(2) of the Zoning Code. The variance was approved by a vote of <br />5 to 0. <br /> <br />5. Request for 180-day extension of variance application P100026 7134 Northmoor Drive <br />Manooher Mofidi and Mina Cherapoo (property owners/residents) requested a 180-day extension <br />of the approval of variance application P100026, granted on March 16, 2011 to construct a two- <br />story addition maintaining a rear yard setback of twenty (20) feet in lieu of thirty (30) feet as <br />required by Section 34-30.5.2.a(3) of the Zoning Code. The request for a 180-day extension was <br />approved by a vote of 5 to 0, thereby extending the original approval until September 12, 2012. <br />tm; <br /> šE <br /> <br />
