Minutes of the previous meeting (March 15, 2012) were accepted as written. <br /> <br />2. Loop Trolley Project Design review for conformance with District Standards within <br />the University City Civic Complex Historic District (Local Designation). <br /> <br />Mr. Greatens provided an overview of the University City Civic Complex Historic District <br />including a reference to the ordinance and a map showing the location of the local <br />district. A portion of the proposed trolley is within the local historic district. Mr. <br />Greatens added that the applicants have gone through the Section 106 filing through <br />the State Historic Preservation Office for the federal funding. <br /> <br />Mr. Greatens showed the portion of the proposed trolley that will be located within a <br />National Register District and that the applicants would return for building permits within <br />that portion of the proposed trolley route. He also stated that any right-of-way permits <br />required within the local district (University City Civic Complex Historic District) would <br />have to come before the Historic Preservation Commission. <br />110 <br />Page of <br /> <br /> <br />
